As a company, you have the opportunity to assume social responsibility and invest in promoting young talent at the same time. One effective way to help children learn to read is to deploy your team as reading mentors. Through your commitment as part of your CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities, you make a significant contribution to educational equity.
Our reading sessions usually take place in the afternoon, often during working hours. We recommend that you give your employees a time allotment so that, as working role models, they can read and practice together with the children via our reading app during their working hours.
There are several ways your company can get involved. For example, some companies set aside 45 minutes of their working time for this activity. Alternatively, you can allow your employees to make up the 45 minutes during working hours. Another option is to encourage your employees to become reading mentors privately.

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting reading among children and youth in conjunction with volunteer reading mentors.
We aim to strengthen the reading skills of children and young people, awaken their enjoyment of reading, and promote their language development. This is intended to promote equality of opportunity and education in Germany.
